RETURNS POLICY

In this Returns Policy, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to: XOOHON. ACN 678319250

You may return your items to us for the following reasons:

1. Faulty Items

If the item is faulty, you may return it in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may:

  • repair the item

  • replace the item

  • provide a refund.

2. Change of Mind

Items may be returned for change of mind, subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (where eligible).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Items must be returned with:

  • original product tags attached

  • all documentation (such as diamond certificates)

  • proof of purchase.

ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE

You can return your items by visiting one of our stores within the country where the item was purchased.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

Items purchased online may be returned:

  • by visiting one of our stores within the country where the item was delivered.

Please bring:

  • a printed copy of your online tax invoice

  • or order confirmation email.

Returns by Post

You may also return items via shipping.

You will need to provide:

  • order number

  • contact details

  • reason for return.

If you return items via shipping or post:

  • All shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) shipments.

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage during transit until the item is delivered to us.

  • We strongly recommend shipping insurance when returning jewellery.

  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation email inside the package.

We will not refund shipping or insurance costs, unless the item is faulty.

HOW WE ASSESS AND PROCESS RETURNS

All returned items are subject to inspection and assessment by our team.

If necessary, the item may be forwarded to our Quality Assurance team for proper evaluation.

Refunds, repairs or replacements will be provided subject to applicable Consumer Law and our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method.

If payment was made in cash, refunds may be issued via:

  • cheque

  • direct credit

  • debit card in the name of the purchaser.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method, so please consider this if returning a gift item.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:

  • earrings

  • earring charms

  • earring backings

  • nose jewellery

  • resized rings

  • engraved items

  • special, custom or made-to-order jewellery

  • sets containing any of the above items.

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, we may offer a refund provided that:

  • the item is returned within 30 days of purchase

  • or within 30 days of delivery for online orders

and:

  • the item is in As New Condition

  • proof of purchase is provided

  • original packaging is included

  • all documentation (such as diamond certificates) is included.

Definition of “As New Condition”

“As New Condition” means:

  • the item has not been worn

  • the item is in pristine condition

  • there are no scratches, damage, or signs of wear.

Determination of condition is at the sole discretion of XOOHON.

This Change of Mind Policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
