Warranty Coverage
All jewellery purchased from XOOHON is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Loose settings due to manufacturing faults
- Structural issues caused during production
- Faulty clasps or fittings
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Loss of stones due to impact or misuse
- Improper care or storage
- Damage caused by third-party repairs
Repairs
If your jewellery requires repair, please contact us to arrange an inspection.
Repair costs may apply if the damage is not covered under warranty.
