Our Custom Design Process
At XOOHON, we specialise in creating unique jewellery pieces designed specifically for each client.
Step 1 – Consultation
We begin with a consultation to understand your design ideas, preferences, and budget.
This can be done:
- Online consultation
- Email discussion
- In-person meeting (Adelaide)
Step 2 – Design Concept
Our designer will create a concept based on your vision.
This may include sketches or 3D renderings.
Step 3 – Approval
Before production begins, you will receive the final design for approval.
Production will only start once the design has been confirmed.
Step 4 – Crafting Your Jewellery
Your jewellery will then be carefully crafted using high-quality laboratory-grown diamonds and precious metals.
Production usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Step 5 – Delivery
Once completed, your jewellery will be securely packaged and shipped to you.
