Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, especially for custom-made jewellery.
However, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion for eligible items returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
- Has a major fault
- Is not as described
- Is not of acceptable quality
Custom Jewellery
Custom-designed pieces are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or do not match the approved design.
